Great experience. They got me an appointment right away when every other clinic in austin was booked for the next two weeks. Friendly and helpful staff. Erin helped me with my ultrasound and was very professional, sweet, and understanding of my situation. I couldn't have asked for a better clinic, and it was free. I wouldn't hesitate to use trucare again .

Wouldnt give me an ultrasound because they thought that too many used it as a way to never see a doctor.. as I was sitting there with Medicaid papers trying to get proof of pregnancy to see a new doctor. Of course I want an ultrasound of my baby until then, rude and condescending to imply that I would be neglecting my pregnancy. They also told me that I was high risk because of my previous miscarriages, without doing any testing or an ultrasound. If I hadnt seen a doctor before, and if I wasnt a pregnancy and birth doula, I might have actually believed them. So its scary to think what misinformation they might be giving other women. Please find any other place to go.

The attention here is unique, from the moment you arrive the person at the reception welcomes you kindly, the entire procedure to follow is clear, the place is clean. It really is a place that deserves more stars highly recommended.

Great people ,great service. Iam so thankful Had a terrible UTI and my clinic couldn't see me until 20th(today is only the 5th) True care gave me a free pregnancy test and urinalysis. They are God sent
