Thiefs Tx tag keeps charging me when I run thru a toll road out of my account an then want to send me duplicates of all charges saying I owe them for all the tolls Ive paid for an this has happened 3 different times. Im pretty sure yall are suppose to be closed due to the facts the tolls have been paid off for more then 15 years an yall are stealing from innocent hard working people unlike yall selves!

TxTag is inaccurate, unhelpful, and technologically senseless. Read the stories of their ruinous billing practices. What a delightful grift courtesy of the state of Texas! I have been double billed for a toll fee I already paid to NTTA, and basically told to pay TxTag or GFmyself. They even charged me for billing me (inaccurately) by mail. I am pursuing this, but I would recommend anyone to get an NTTA tag. I am not even a TxTag holder and fell afoul of their scammy business practices.

After reading previous reviews I went into toll office today expecting a fight to say the less...Instead I was treated well n courteous n the girl working mobility authority all by herself w a a terrific help to me as well as previous customers ahead of myself.. I'd say she well deserves recognition and a raise..she works the window by herself while on t he tx tag windows there we re 6 employees n 1 customer... As for the tx toll side , one of there service people made the assumption I spoke no English n refuse to acknowledge me even though I was right in front her window..for her I say get re trained in customer service n ethics.....
