        Dont waste your time, dropped my car off at 12:30 and just got told it was going to be ready at 6. I came in for an oil change. 6 hours for an oil change? I get that its busy but 6 hours is beyond excessive.

        Overall good experience. Price was reasonable and as listed online, Gilbert was patient and personable, and work was complete in a few hours and pretty well, as far as i can tell. Some minor issues include website's progress bar not reflecting car's status (hadnt changed in two hrs, although car was in garage being serviced.), and spare tire was left in trunk rather than back seat as asked. In addition mechanics are pretty unsociable, even when entering lobby, and some tacky residue was left around tires that were placed onto rims.

        I had an appointment there ,when I got there on time for my appointment, I found out they give my appointment to somebody else, and they told me l have to wait 3-4 hours, so I had to make a new appointment on a different day.
