The Banfield Pet Hospital is a great place for bringing your pets in check up's shots while being in Petsmart for all other items for your pet. Grooming nail spa day for your pet to simple hair cut. Food toys supplies all in one area.

I have never been so angry. This banfield is truly awful. They dont even deserve 1 star. I have been taking my dogs there for years and never had an issue. I loved the vets and front office staff but these new people suck. There is a very disrespectful girl at the front desk. ( Im going to be respectful and not type her name). I have also heard from other costumers that she has been disrespectful to them. My dog needs daily medication and I always call ahead to make sure its in stock. I called 2 weeks ago and was told it was in, went to go pick it up. No medication. Was a little irritated because I was told I could pick it up.Was told Tuesday they would have some in or I can see if another Banfield had any. I called one that was some what close to me. No medication. The rude girl said I could go to another one that was further away. It would have taken me an hr. there and back. And they still might not have it. So I waited until Tuesday. No medication. Was told Wednesday. No medication. Finally, the Vet called me and said that medication was on back order. (. Which was never told each time I called or went in. )The vet told me I could order from Chewys and she would make sure it went through ASAP. So, I did and a week later no medication. Banfield keeps saying we will take care of it. Chewys has called and faxed many times. Went back to banfield and asked to talk to the vet or manger and the disrespectful girl said vet is too busy and the manger was not there.( the manger is never there and never returns calls). Then the girl proceeded to blame us because we did not drive an hour to pick up medication. ( which was not promised it would be there) I will be looking into other companies for pet insurance and vet. My dog is family and should be treated as such.

I paid 500 for a culture for them to know exactly what's wrong with my Dogs ears. Was told I'd be notified in 5 business days. It's been 2 weeks and noone can tell me any information. What a scam.
