I love ZippiVet. I chose to take my fospice dogs to ZV and pay out-of-pocket myself rather than go to the fospice rescue group's vet. I won't go anywhere else. Seven years. I really appreciate the easy access to medical records, not just for my access, but so that all ZV staff can answer my questions right away.

Two years later and this hasn't changed! The entire care team was so sweet with our kitty. Everything they do, they do with with gentleness and care. That includes talking to stressed out pet parents as well. ---- Vet and vet tech were so sweet and understanding. They were diligent about explaining treatment plans and results! We felt peace of mind from minute one, and our cat did too. We really appreciated how thorough they were with their care

Wish I had read all the horrible reviews before taking my daughter's pet here. Looks like horrible reviews at all zippy locations.and it looks like the manager Danielle only knows how to copy and paste the same review for my daughter who NEVER walked in and talked to staff. That was me. Nobody cussed you or your staff. I simply asked you to refund the money you charged my daughter for services not done.YOU Danielle are the one who threatened me!

My dog needed some labs. They got me "in" same day, and got me in and out quickly. Very Professional and friendly staff. The vet was knowledgeable and delightful to talk with. Lab results came in next morning; they emailed results; I didnt have to call.
