        In 2023 and 2024 we worked with Valerie from Gracy Travel for planning trips to South Africa and the service both times was fantastic. She was very well informed of international and country specific requirements and regulations for health, business, and hunting. We had some questions around air fares and Valerie took the reins to ensure we received the very best pricing. Hats off to Gracy!

        I cannot thank Gracy Travel enough for the amazing trip we took to Africa!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next time. We had a couple of glitches, getting stuck in the bush, unable to fly out and Debbie handled everything: new flights, new hotel option, links etc: I dont know what we would have done without Gracy! Our guns were lost in Johannesburg and the guys from Gracy, Michael and Bruce were amazing. It took a couple of hours, but they tracked them down, panic averted! We did learn that next time, well be using our Air Tags. Faiez was amazing as well. I dont think Ill ever visit Cape Town without him! He saved the day when my husband left his hearing aides in the hotel! Oh no!! Faiez found them, dropped us at the airport in the very capable hands of a porter (Freddie) and drove back to the hotel and picked them up then drove them back to the airport. Faiez saves the day!! The two days we spent with him were 100% worth it. He knows the city like the back of his hand and he has so many contacts throughout the city, we truly felt like VIPs. What a GREAT referral! We were so very impressed with your organization, service, patience, professionalism and booking ease. I am so grateful to have bumped into you at the DSC show in January. Ill be sure to stop by this year to extend our sincere thanks!! You will most definitely be working with us again!
