My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the North Texas Jellystone Park. Upon entrance, we felt welcomed and secured as Friendly personnel were stationed there to ensure the check-in of every vehicle (there were also personnel throughout the park, all friendly). We stayed in the Conestoga Wagon which made the lodging unique and fun for the kids, having a private bathroom was a plus. What topped it off was the amenities included in the stay - glow-in-the-dark golf, basketball courts, hay/firetruck rides, a petting zoo, and a waterpark to name a few. Everything we needed to enjoy the campsite was a short walk away and the scheduled activities listed in the app made it easier to map out our day. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one and we look forward to visiting again! Rooms: Very unique, fun, and secure lodging. Nearby activities: We frequently visited the nearby Walmart and Family Dollar store to grab items that we neglected to bring. Safety: There's someone stationed at the entrance, even after hours, to check in every vehicle. They also have personnel walking/driving around the grounds throughout the day/night. Walkability: It is a big park, however, we were able to walk to each amenity. The walk from the Conestoga Wagon to the Pirates Cove waterpark was ~15 minutes. Food & drinks: They offer food and drinks on-site and there are nice/affordable options nearby. Noteworthy details: They provide a list of scheduled activities that can fill up the entire day. Additionally, they have pools, playgrounds and basketball courts that can be enjoyed outside of the scheduled activities.

The staff were super friendly and always willing to help with a smile. Nearby activities: The parks activities were great. There's pirates cove and game area and there are plenty of sports and games available on sight as well. It made it a fun experience without having to leave the park.

This place is growing leaps and bounds. I been going here for years. What I like about labor day weekend was staff friendly, willing to help, and courteous. What I found lacking: 1. There's no way to go to pirate's cover from one end of the park to the other other than foot or rent a cart. Gate locked and I had to drive on interstate and across bridges to take my family to Pirate's cove. Can yall work on a pass through that locked gate somehow? Pretty sizeable inconvenience, and after checkout we still wanted to go Pirate Cove but where can one park the RV? and secondly Secondly: The jellystone app is ok step in right direction, but the push notifications, once you click on the half sentence to read the rest it just takes you to the app and the messages are not there, you get lost wondering what the notification was going to completely say! Room for improvement: The food trucks are neat at the Barn, but, maybe start selling more food at the barn itself or make the old eating place by gift shop more available, I saw some poor people hungry right at closing time, like around 9pm. Also, public laundry/ restrooms by gift shop my wife said they smelled like sewers, maybe fix that to make more enjoyable experience. Good job on trying to make more activities, seems like more of a free for all at the barn, no one really leading the fun. I was a hard critic last time but this is becoming the disney world for family campers, sure had fun this time. Do we get points for being frequent goers? LOL
