I moved here July 2021, and the apartment looked decent at first and after the first month it started to fall apart. The sink, tub and walls in bathroom need complete replacement. You can tell they are old apartments that they just painted to cover up. I have been getting pest control every week since I have been here, the roaches are baddd!!!! Especially in the kitchen! No matter how clean you are they still will come! I have brought this to their attention, and they send pest control but it does not work. I am not writing this review to be nasty or mean because the office staff are ok! Maintenance is good as well but its so much they can do when its every apartment! I am writing to inform people that this should be an absolute last option. I have not been able to use my kitchen at all since I moved here, me and my daughter eat out or cook at family and friends home due to the roaches! For the amount of rent you pay its ridiculous and eating out daily is expensive but what other choices do you have, when your family must eat! You would think they would be lowering rent, or providing some type of break but they do not! You would think they would take this issue more serious then they do now!! do not move here! it will cost you sooo much money to not be comfortable in your own home! not the experience I was looking for to be in Carrollton! BIG DISSAPPOINTMENT! I will be moving once school is out for my daughter! I work too hard to be forced to live like this!!!

They just changed the name of these apartments. Theres no website && the phone number isnt working. My husband had to go to the office multiple time to tell them we had birds stuck in our dryer vent. They did nothing. Acted like that wasnt important. I ended up calling the police who contacted animal control for us.We had 4 birds in our apartment. Pictures are from screen shots of videos I took. But on top of this incident the roaches are bad. Our kitchen sink && water has a bad smell that Ive told them about as soon as we moved in and they acted like they didnt smell anything. Do not recommend these apartments. Its not worth the headache.

I love this community. Have been here over a year. The kitchen are small and not alot of counter or cabinet space. Maintenance is awesome. Only problem o have is website is down so can't pay my rent
