In 2022 my local small business used them to transfer my Quickbooks desk top to Online, clean up our book and for accounting services til the end of the year. It was and still is a nightmare. We have been trying to clean up their mess since then. I have spent a good amount of time and money for experts to correct what they did. I have reached out to them and put them in contact with the experts and my CPA. They havent been able to clearly explain what they did. My CPA is still trying to figure out so we can file my taxes. At the end of last year I offered for Hall Accounting services to do my taxes for me and they declined. Now, I know why.

Jeremy has been very efficient to all of my tax filing needs since the past 4 years. Quickly responsive to requests or questions. His firm offers secure portal for uploading documents and past tax documents for downloading, which is very convenient. For 2021 tax year, he did quick 5-10 min video review of my taxes, which was very helpful. Keep up the good work Jeremy! Him and his colleagues have helped fill out business and personal taxes for the year 2022. He helped set up business model and business payroll for me an my wife. Great job!!!

Yuki - thanks for your review. I am sorry you feel that the books were left a mess and the trouble that you have experienced. On the conversion of the QBD -> QBO File, we cleaned up the erroneous balances that were provided to us to give you up to date accurate financial picture. We had monthly meetings to review the financials and we were under the impression that they were accurate from our discussions. When we transitioned our services away, our records show that we provided a clean close out of the year, with everything synced up and reconciled, along with recommendations for future services. We had numerous back and forth emails five months after our services stopped and were always willing to clarify any questions with the new group. From our records and screenshots that were provided, it seems prior periods were changed after our access was removed that could have caused some confusion. We were always willing to help with the transition even months after our service ended, but we never heard directly from your new group. Regarding the Tax Services, our records show we provided a scope and price on 12/16/22, but it was declined.I am happy to discuss this further when you have some time.
