This has been by far the worst experience Ive received while dealing with a lawsuit. Not only does your employee lie to pacifier the clients. I have been given the run around by Latasha with excessive lies. She called me last week on Thursday saying everything looked good and she would call me on Friday around 8 am to get my case finalized. I knew the way she was rushing me off the phone there was a lie. I called Friday morning to be told she had called in for the day. Well of course. Mr. Boorstein is just as unresponsive. I was able to get in touch with everyone while I was still in the stages were I could fire the attorney but now Im being completely ignored. I have sent several text messages and left numerous voicemails which all have been ignored. I had my accident on 7/11 and was referred to a Chiropractor office that began back adjustments WITHOUT a MRI. Since I have been experiencing more pain than I did prior to the adjusting. This accident has changed my life drastically and to be here with pain that I would probably have to live with for the rest of my life, attorney lying to me EVERY chance they get all while trying to put the pieces of my life back together is mentally and emotionally stressful. I would NOT recommend this company if you really need someone to fight for you. All I want to do is put this behind me.
