Thank you, Kathy and Jason, for guiding me through the often overwhelming - and at times emotional - process of selling what I thought was going to be my forever home. The sale of my home was not an onto bigger and better things type of sale, but rather the result of one of lifes unexpected curveballs all of us have faced or will face during our lifetimes. During our initial meeting, the first question asked was Why do you want to sell your home? In and of itself, that question may not be unusual. But the way you asked, the genuine interest you both showed in how I was about to answer that question, was quite rare sensitive to my situation is the phrase that comes to mind. Kathy and Jason were easy to work with the whole way throughresponsive, and patient with our ever-changing timeline and many questions. We ended up selling our house for well over asking with a very quick close.
