        This is definitely a place to call Home! its safe secure youre able to talk to your management team and they get the job done. When I first move in the management team was Carmen &Becca, they were great. The front desk clerk Valerie she was absolutely awesome as well. Yes I did have to communicate with them by email a lot and just walking in to get updates on my move-in, but its just something that I felt the need to do. Ive been here since October 27, 2023 now its January 2024 so just a few months and Im still loving it. Thankfully now we have a new community manager Denise Ross! shes is absolutely awesome, so I know the community will be managed very well.Iam super excited to have her join us. It is a non-smoking community. Which is a +.. sometimes people need a refresher of it being a non smoking community. There is problems with the noise level from time to time but other than that its the best place to call home for you and your families.

        Denise is WONDERFUL and this review does not reflect her professionalism. She has been and is extremely helpful! When I first moved in at the beginning of June 2023, beautiful, peaceful, clean. . . Now there is trash everywhere, in the elevator, on side walks, overflowing from dumpsters, people smoking meth and marijuana constantly, loud music and vehicles speeding/driving recklessly through out the night. Gates are left open, no security, gym doors unlocked for easy access to strangers. A boy literally pointed a gun at me and let off a shot in the air tonight. These apartments have taken a turn for the worst. Staff is not helpful, constantly seeing new management and other "employees". Place is built like a cheap hotel, can hear literally everything from loud footsteps to abusive parents. What a nightmare!! The decent neighbors I talk to all say the same.
