But there are two sides to every story fortunately We came out to your home and addressed your issues “leak/dispenser “ you declined the repairs but as the tech was wrapping up and heading out you asked about the dispensers not performing properly At that time the tech took a closer look and found the wires lose where you the customer had taken the unit apart per your words and conversation Josh Cox the tech easily clip the wire back into place and tested the unit at that timeIt worked as it should be no charges were assessed or labor /repairs or warranty was implied due to you declining the repairs so you got a freebie on the house …… 2 weeks later it’s not working properly and you call frustrated expecting us to come back and fix it for free when we didn’t even charge you to fix it in the first place …… here you are talking about how you own a small business and yet you embrace cancel culture!!! And bashing us online over something that is completely unrealistic and to make the situation even better we never charged you for any repairs please keep in mind you declined the estimate!!!!!
