        Jonathan and his crew #135 got our storm-damaged tree cut down, put through the chipper, and cleaned up the entire area in about 45 minutes. Jonathan was courteous, professional, and friendly and answered a lot of the questions I had about the equipment. The crew worked efficiently, professionally and safely together. I watched the process and they were very careful to make sure that every limb that was cut fell away from the house and away from anything else that could be damaged.

        My grandmother has a huge red oak tree that my uncle planted for her. She called SavATree to get some limbs cut and they ended up also preserving it for many more years. I'm glad because I love going to her house and it reminds me of her. Just look at how big the tree is compared to me! It is an awesome tree. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

      SavATree - Tree Service & Lawn Care

      SavATree was founded by Ralph Robbins in 1978 with a single objective in mind; to save trees from the devastating effects of repeated defoliations by the Gypsy Moth Caterpillar (Lymantria dispar). While this moth was accidentally introduced into the United States by French entomologist Leopold Trouvelot in 1868, it was not until the late 1970's that the population exploded in the Northeast. Ralph, a graduate of Paul Smith's college and entrepreneur at heart, saw an opportunity to make a difference in support of tree preservation and care.
