We had a great experience at this location. The Showroom was laid out for easy navigation, and the atmosphere inside felt calm and relax. Raj was great to work with, as he was able to show us a solution that fit our needs immediately after we described what we were looking for.

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROOMS TO GO THEY ARE NO HELP! I purchased a mattress for delivery on 4/18/24 and delivery guys stood the mattress on the wall. Apparently with this mattress they should NOT store this way! When looking at the mattress I could see the foam falling to the ground thinking well maybe it will fall back into place once on the bed. NOPE not the case! I called on 4/21/24 to get a replacement or to get someone to check it out and they said I have to use this mattress for thirty days! Basically sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable and better for my back than air and being suffocated by the mattress on every angle of it. I am seriously sinking through this mattress and the best they can do is to say we will have someone come inspect the mattress in a week so we can possibly exchange it thats if the mattress is defective. If we exchange it you have to try the mattress for thirty days before paying a $160 fee to exchange for an entire mattress and pay the difference. Seriously this is RIDICULOUS AND INSANE! If this were a couch I could completely understand but I dont even want to go to sleep because I dont have a working mattress to sleep on and it affecting my work and lively hood. Stress level is already high with moving and buying new furniture. After speaking to multiple people the manager and the supervisor of customer care Rooms to go obviously does NOT care about their clients. I never write reviews but I have no other choice.
