I think I have written only 1 review in my life! but this one deserves it!.. I want to thank Justin for his excellent service an attention to my case and all my questions, everything went so smoothly and super fast. Really, I am impressed for his literally 24/7 availability to clear my doubts and give me updates about my case, specially in my personal situation and immigration status. He really knows the rules and regulations, and he worked with me to clear any concern (I can tell you after my experience as first-time home buyer, none of the other lenders/brokers showed me genuine interest to solve and clear my concerns). This is in fact a very complicated and stressful process, and I am glad I chose Imagination Financial. Justin explained everything to me, and his estimate was spot on! and very very competitive! My final closing costs were very close to the estimate Justin gave me, and I am tankful for that, my biggest concern was to get higher closing costs, but really, he made an amazing job calculating my estimate.
