      Dear Ms. Powell and/or Ms. Johnson,We are writing in response to at least 2 recent 1 star reviews. We take all feedback seriously and we are disappointed that we are receiving unfair reviews regarding your experience with our office. There was a lot of miscommunication regarding your case from all parties prior to our involvement. We had information from you and different information from your prior attorney out of Florida. This information consisted of 'no, they are not maintaining an interest' to 'yes, we are retaining as interest'. In addition, there was a question of whether or not a lawsuit was already filed by a firm in Texas. At some point this firm in Florida advised you had found yet another firm and we withdrew immediately. We take pride in the exceptional legal service we provide and feel that it is unfair we receiving at least two (You and K. Johnson) bad reviews regarding your experience with our office and being penalized due to lack of or incorrect information.
