I suffer from several, chronic health conditions, as a result of negligence. I was led to Mr. Fostel's law firm by the grace of God. We were struggling with the RV Dealer performing warranty services. They had our motorhome for over 7 months. We had reached a point where they stopped communicating totally and we were concerned. Based off of Mr. Fostel's recommendation and his knowledge of the Lemmon Law and our rights as a consumer, he was able get the manufacture to step in over the dealership and resolve our warranty work in a timely manner. Not only that, he was also able to negotiate a fair compensation for the back months of not able to use our motorhome. I've known Clay Fostel for over 11 years and worked closely with him for over 9 of those years.
