My friend moved here a few months ago and I visit her a few times a week. I was considering moving here but absolutely not! She has had nothing but problems since she got here. Ive personally watched her have to physically go to the office as no one ever answers the phone. The visitor parking situation is absurd so dont even think about having out of town guests stay for more than 3 days or per the leasing office they will need to be added to your lease, like I said, absurd!

Maintenance is terrible, management is terrible, management associates are terrible. If you don't want headache on a daily basis, please don't rent here. Avoid this Apt.

If I could give zero stars to this apartment complex I would. First of all they always turn the water off constantly and with a short notice. If you ever call the office for anything be ready for nobody to answer the phone or answer in a rude way. Camila is one of the managers and is super rude. If you call or go to the office to talk to her dont expect her to answer. The property Manager is her puppet. Also both of them like to harass the residents, by going around the property and complaining for any little thing you have. When they want you to rent and sign a contract they are super polite once they got you in forget about that people you met because they are just hypocrites.
