        Had used their services in the past, have been satisfied with the technicians' work and their charges. This latest job, very satisfied with the technician Nick. The office staff sent me a bill (normally the technicians write out the bill) which was very high. a) Parts - $124.46 (for replacing 1.5" PVC to a 2" - less than 2 ft); (for replacing 1.5" PVC to a 4" - 4-6ft) b) Main issue is the Labor charge - Billed for 1.5hrs (the technician completed the job in less than 45min) - $112.50. When asked, they said "the technician has to gather up the parts". Since I was going out of town, I just took care of the bill. however going forward, I would not be using their services.
