        Bailey S. Was more than helpful. I arrived without my return info, due to a printer malfunction, instead of making me cover the cost of an in-store reprint, Bailey was assertive and walked me through the process of changing the method of return allowing me to use a QR code in lieu of having to get it reprinted. 5 Stars for Bailey.

        Waiting to mail out packages isn't my idea of a great time. However, I was helped by a gentleman named Bailey S. and he was absolutely stellar in his customer service. He was friendly, funny and made an otherwise "blah" experience pretty enjoyable. I was highly impressed with his knowledge regarding the different questions I asked him. Thank you Loop 250 Ste C UPS store for employing folks like Bailey. He brings quality customer care, as I expect everywhere, but rarely experience anymore!

      Hello Gary, thank you for your feedback. Our apologies if there was a miscommunication regarding package pick ups. If someone is not actively renting a mailbox at our stores location, packages are $10 each to pick up. I hope this information helps!
