        We had an issue with one of the light fixtures. I emailed the team and they got back to me right away I emailed after hours at night and they responded by 10 am the very next day. Trey called an set up a time and date that worked best for my schedule. He called the day of the appointment to confirm that it was still a good time for me. He was very nice and efficient. He went above and beyond for me when I know he didnt have to. I had some baseboard panels coming off the wall and he gladly nailed them back in for me. I appreciate him and the Braustin team

        There just isn't enough time to tell how pleasant of an experience it is dealing with Tanner. His follow up, expertise, and sincerity combined with his personable style is very much appreciated and something you just don't see all that often nowadays. Braustin has an irreplaceable asset!         Okay Ya'll, this is going to be long... I have nothing but admiration for this group. From Tanner, Jessica, Cody. The whole team. We are from NM and purchased from TX because they were more honest than my home town people and did not price gouge us. Our story is unique however they have rode this rollercoaster with us for a lil over a year. We have a learned a lot from each other and how crazy messed up the rules, laws, codes etc. in NM are. But I will be buying from them again... Amazing is just the easiest way to say it..
