The service we received was OUTSTANDING. Our technician Alan was GREAT at communicating throughout the entire process, was efficient and great at explaining things to me simply. They were good about being there when they said, and didn't try to overcharge us for anything extra or unnecessary, and even gave us options on how to correct our issues. They had to come back a second time to finish, and made sure to do things necessary, this time Alan and Johnathan worked together to be in and out in an hour, and their work was FLAWLESS. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Basin Plumbing to anyone needing a professional job done WITHOUT breaking the bank. Service: Toilet repair

They came out and replaced my entire sewer line faster and cheaper than other companies quoted. Jesse and Tyler worked fast, were professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. They cleaned up after themselves and left the yard in good shape. I highly recommend this company.

From the moment we contacted Basin Plumbing, the professionalism shone through. The lady who answered our call was exceptionally polite and informative. Miguel and Robert, the experts who arrived at our home, were phenomenal. They not only identified a water leak caused by tree roots but also detected damage to our sewer line. Despite the scale of the issue, they treated the leak as an emergency job, and made sure we weren't left without water. Their dedication to just finding the problem was amazing, going above and beyond in the quality of work. Through it all, Miguel and Robert were kind and considerate! They kept us informed, provided before and after photos, and explained the materials and procedures in detail. They were quick, yet they were very careful and detailed in their work! The repair left our property in better shape than before, doing way more than what they were called to do! I can't stress enough the gratitude we feel towards Miguel, Robert, Tyler, and Jonathan for their exceptional service. Their passion and drive for their work are evident.
