        The manager sold me on a GNC partnered product I should have never gotten in the first place. But that wasn't the problem, the problem is when I took time out my day to come exchange it out for what I originally wanted. The representative was not trained enough to do the exchange, I couldn't blame the kid that falls on management. Why are they leaving employees alone not trained to do a simple task?? Now Im stuck with a supplement I dont want and I gotta take time out of my work day to go up there again when she could have easily walked him through the process on the phone Thats bad business and I will stick with Vitamin Shoppe

        I wouldn't recommend this location. They refuse to honor the price online. I was trying to purchase energy drinks in bulk (12 at a time) and they wanted to force me to pay the per price.

        Save yourself the hassle and go to another GNC location. The employees and the especially management at this location are the worse, very rude and have no knowledge of the products.
