When hail hit a second time, we didnt hesitate to call Summit Roofing back again. Josh and his team are simply amazing. I could not be more pleased with Joshs work ethics, professionalism, personality and decency. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done how we wanted it. Very pleased with the whole experience! When I first called Augustus was nice enough to give out the estimate and even tarped a troublesome leak spot even before I accepted the estimate. He didn't have to go the extra mile on that first visit but after multiple estimates from different roofing companies, he was the first to go that extra mile. The date of replacement, the roofers showed up on time and had the entire roof ready in a day and left no debris. Jeb was absolutely fantastic. First of all, he convinced me how important it was to go with an established company. There are too many any little companies that pop up after storms. Their workers arent always trained very well, and they often dont back up their work. That was a huge selling point. Jeb worked hand in hand with USAA. He insisted on evaluating the property with the USAA adjuster.just to make sure that no detail was overlooked. Jeb made sure that we (actually my wife) understood how the whole process works . When he found m,ore work that needed to be done Jeb contacted the insurance company so we didnt have to. Because of his diligence USAA covered us completely. Jeb also was instrumental in choosing our shingles. He made sure that the new shingles were every bit as good as the damaged ones. He had to really search to find the right shingles since the whole neighborhood had been damaged and supplies were hard to find. He did it though. Finally, Jeb was so good about following up on the construction.I wasnt going to get up on the roof to check the work, but Jeb did. He even checked out the work of the gentleman he recommended to repair our skylight and screens. Jeb is a true gentleman and I wont hesitate to recommend him to anybody who needs home repair. I am fully satisfied with the work done and with Jebs over-the-top kindness. In all respect, Joe Chateau
