        Love Alyssa hereAlways got a haircut from her in past 2 years but apparently all brown folks look the same and its hard to remember plain looking people. June 25th got an appointment scheduled for 4 but they cancelled without a call or any warning ahead just a text informing my appointment was canceled.this despite me calling at 10 am to confirm. I call the store and speak to Angela who tries to come up with a logical reasoning to a thoughtless cancellation. Apparently I did cancel 5 times before on other bookings and they declared me a walk in only as if Im hazardous and she nicely mentioned that Im not black listed ( lucky me). What remains unclear is how do you tell a client they are a walk in only 2 hours before a booking?? What made you say at 10am that everything is confirmed? Is there no integrity in cancelling bookings without prior intimation ? Overall felt targeted for no reason and even though I was offered a stylist if I walked in I chose to not go to a store which didnt make me feel welcome and was probably discussing me over another client. P.S Alyssa is one of he best ones there dont let this review taint her. Too bad I wont get to go back and hope there are some lessons learnt at both sides.I wish people knew the impact their work has on someones confidence this would stop them from being thoughtless but I guess we are all guilty.
