The extreme professional and genuinely caring staff made this time of sorrow much easier to navigate. Pre-planning is definitely the way to go--the Neptune Society is the place to go.

My experience with the Neptune Society was great! Their counselor walked me through the steps for my pre-arrangement and it was clear, easy, and surprisingly quick. The office is neat and clean and the staff are pleasant and courteous. I needed to make a change to my payment plan and it was handled over the phone extremely fast. I am very relieved to have this plan in place. Thanks!

Neptune Society made such an impression on our family, with their professionalism and kindness. My mother pre-paid for her cremation and Neptune Society made everything very easy and straightforward both when she set up the policy and when we called to notify that my mother had died. They handled everything efficiently and with care. Obviously its a difficult time for any family when a loved one dies, but I was very fortunate to have Jennifer McGee and the rest of Neptune Society working together to take care of us. They offer many service options, but they are very sensitive and responsive to your needs, we never felt pressured into any part of the processs. It was a relief to have everything taken care of so efficiently. I would definitely recommend Neptune Society to others.

Jeremy was really great to work with and he kept on top of everything and made sure everything was done as fast as possible for us. We really appreciate his diligence and his compassion when we needed it.
