Jennifer is always attentive and quick to meet our every need. It can be a complicated process ensuring 10-15 residential homes and keeping up with all the changes & challenges we come across. Jennifer makes things happen and understands the VERY specific needs of our business to where we always feel confident that we have the best coverage. She deals with mortgage companies on our behalf and is always there when I cannot remember what policy goes with what house. We've had personal and/or business insurance policies with VIP for over 20 years. We renewed a business policy for a two year term in 3/2021. In 1/2022 we received an email to fill out new paperwork for a 22-23 policy. I called immediately, as we paid in full for a 2 year policy. I was told by James that a mistake had been made on their part and the policy was actually for 1 year. I have been trying to get this resolved since 1/11/22. After contact requesting a response from the owner on 1/11, 2/7, 2/9, 2/10, 2/17, and 2/23, I finally had to file a complaint with the Texas Dept of Insurance. We are simply requesting to be made whole by VIP refunding 50% of our premium and we will gladly take all of our business elsewhere. You would think VIP would be apologizing and reaching out to us regularly to resolve this asap, but obviously a 20+ year customer doesn't matter to them at all. I wonder if I will get a response to our complaint now that I have had to file a Google review.
