OCD Cleaners - House Cleaning Service San Antonio

They had several people come and clean my entire home. Very polite and constantly checking with me about anything that I need prioritized or redone. Always has at least 1 English speaker present too so communication is good.

Scheduled a deep clean to get the house ready to show for a sale. They did a good job with cleaning and Emily was super nice! They brought a whole team and it took 5 hours (this also included carpet shampooing which we added as extras!) Only taking a star because they did arrive 20 minutes after the originally scheduled window (normally it wouldnt have been an issue, but I had a work meeting so when they came in it was a bit loud at the beginning). There was also a miscommunication about the carpet service we booked. They didnt originally bring the equipment, but they did go back and get it instead of coming back again the next day so it wasnt an issue. Most of the team didnt speak English, but Emily did and was great about communicating with them. I appreciated being able to do a walkthrough at the end and point out any corrections. Also the booking process was easy, and they were very patient with answering all my questions. If we werent moving, I would probably book them again!
