I had a great experience with these guys. They were just holding some of my furniture until another logistics company delivered it. The other company was apparently run by drooling morons, and they were not able to deliver my furniture in a timely manner. This forced me to go to A1 Freeman myself and pick up my stuff. They were very responsive to my calls and more than helpful in telling me exactly why my furniture had not been delivered. Mitch was great and looked up my order right away. Once he knew I was coming to grab the stuff myself, he moved everything right the loading dock so it would be ready when I arrived. He had it on my truck in seconds. I was very impressed with their level of service.
