        Our HOA board has recently been turned over to the homeowners. Michelle has been an extreme help in getting up to speed on everything that is going on the community and helping to navigate what needs to get done.

        We have lived in several HOAs and this by far has been the most unorganized and least communicative HOA management weve ever dealt with. You only hear from them when something is wrong and they send your quarterly invoice 14 days PAST the due date and then charge you a late fee for it. Not entirely sure what they manage since theres no community building for our neighborhood.
