Had to get towed today which was stressful enough, but John Lawrence truck 50 seemed to make it a little bit easier. This guy was on time, nice, respectful and went out of his way to help make our day a little bit better with his attitude and professionalism. Thanks

Pantusa Towing in San Antonio, TX, took 4 hours longer to arrive than originally promised. I called each time they didnt show as promised and they kept pushing out their arrival by 30 to 60 minutes each time. One time they told me I was free to call another company, but I had already paid for their service through my roadside assistance program, so that wasnt going to happen. Another time they said it was my fault because I requested a tow truck change which I never did. It turns out, they changed drivers on me 4 times! My time is just as valuable as those who kept being put ahead of me by the schedulers! I guess I needed a sob story to get them to show up on time. The driver (Curtis) who finally showed up was super-apologetic and kind, so no complaints about him. He earned them a second star. 2 stars out of 5.
