Incompetent staff, all the reason to go see a doctor was to be able to be prescribed proper medication for Covid 19, to just be told to take over the counter and vitamins when a medicine specifically for Covid is available is absurd. Complete waste of time and money. Being told by medical staff that is unfortunate to have taken the Covid vaccine and advised against a booster is disappointing. How can you be a health professional and at the same time not support the science.

The best thing about this facility is the online admission form. It's fairly straightforward and easy to fill out. The staff is very friendly and professional especially Camilla. She made me feel comfortable and valued. I've used this clinic servaral times and have had a good experience each time. The only thing I can say negative is it does take a while to be seen during busy times. So, you have to plan for that. This is normal even for regular hospitals and clinics.

The wait was not long at all. The staff was extremely friendly and made light jokes. The staff made sure my needs were met and took my symptoms seriously, unlike other hospitals or clinics where they usually downplay my symptoms. They gave me warm blankets and recited what they were doing to my body such as what they were putting into my iv. Thank you for the great experience.
