We have been getting flowers from Cindy for years and today I received yet again the most gorgeous bouquet. The roses look like velvet. Arrived at 8:45 after. Text at 8:30 saying she was 15 min away. Exceptional service!!

The team at Occasions by Cindy always come thru with amazing flower arrangements and service! I highly recommend them! The valentine's day bouquet of roses they provided are beautiful! It's been 10 days and the roses still look amazing!! I've gotten flowers from them on multiple occasions and they always deliver high quality flowers and service! Highly recommend Occasions by Cindy!

Ordered flowers and when they arrived they were wilted and dead. We ordered a sunflower mixed arrangement and there was not one sunflower present. Granted, when you order through a website understandably the arrangement can be different based on what they have available . This was a disgrace. I ordered a replacement to be sent via 1800 flowers and then receive a call from this florist telling me that they will continue to show up and knock on our aunts door until they get their dead flowers back . I advised them to contact 1800 flowers and they said they will just keep sending drivers back to knock on her door . This is a terrible company to do business with.
