I had a pipe burst in my home and called several plumbing companies and Plumbing Outfitters was the only one who answered their phone and sent a tech out asap! Carlos Ventura was absolutely wonderful. He tended to the issue and resolved it quickly and even helped me with contacting a water clean up company which arrived quickly as well. I am fortunate I was able to work with a company that truly cares about their customers and makes them feel at ease in bad situations. Thank you to the whole team for all your help!

As soon as Noah arrived this morning he went to work to unclog my kitchen sink. He said he would try very hard to not have to use the power washer, and thus, save me a lot of money. True to his word, he worked diligently and tirelessly until the blockage was broken down. I'm completely satisified with his work. In addition to his excellent performance, he recommended that I get CLEANING vinegar (something I had never heard of before) to pour into my drain and let stand overnight for the next 4 days. Noah is a pleasant and polite young man. I would give him an 13 out of a 10. Karen Davenport
