    I lived there for 6 years and moved out recently. It used to be a decent place but everything has been going downhill in the last years. They completely blew it when I moved out, charging me 300$ for carpet cleaning and base paint when it was normal wear and tear, they also never showed me my move-in report where I stated that the carpet was already used and damaged, they didnt acknowledge my 100$ deposit either. If youre moving here, youre probably getting a 7+ year old carpet that they just clean and never replace, the units are getting old and the drywall is completely molded on the inside, which at least theyve been working on lately to replace. I talked to the manager on how I disagreed with the charges, but never refused to pay for it(I didnt want to waste my time fighting with a landlord), she told me that we could make a payment plan, and I agreed. It was going to be handled through email, which I never got, not even a call, they just send it to a debt collector instead. In resume, they lied about damages to the paint, they never showed me the report I filled up when I moved in, they dont replace carpets, they didnt acknowledge my 100$ deposit, they lied about the payment plan for the outstanding charges and use debt collectors, and they want to charge you for their old unit problems. Very disappointed after years without any issues.

    I'm tired of living here and over the years the manager Lina has gotten comfortable being lazy not wanting to help residents when we have questions. She locks herself in the back office when we come in needing or asking for assistance.

    My experience with the Trailpoint at the woodlands so far has been the best. The staff are super friendly. The facility is very clean and upkeep. They are dog friendly and that's nice. I moved from out of state and trusted the staff with every decision regarding my place. Celeste Vasquez one of the office staff, did above and behind to make me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions and concerns and will always return my call in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this place

    I've lived at TP at The Woodlands for almost 5 years now - moved in 09/2018. Lena and Alba are so helpful and caring and really take care of the residents, in my opinion. Maintenance is always quick to response to even the most minor request. During the peak of the pandemic they'd always try and have a good truck come out because they knew no one was going anywhere, do activities while maintaining safe distancing, keeping us all updated with what was going on in the community, etc. I wish the pool were bigger but hey - if that's my biggest complain, I think TP is a mighty fine place to live.

    I'm a current resident and they have recently changed management. The current crew that we have are extremely unprofessional. I had issues accessing the new website since the takeover and I called about a dozen times, emailed also called corp. Nothing! I even left a message on the website once I gained access and still no one checked in. I would hate to see if I had an emergency. The last office employees were extremely responsive and helpful not these people
