        The 'free' internet is not fast enough for me to complete any work, resulting in many wasted hours. Probably an amazing stay, but unfortunately i am here for work. Being left unable to do anything offsite has a negative for me. If your stay requires anything internet related, i'd recommend skipping this place

        This place was wonderful. The room was like an "assisted living" apartment. It had everything we needed for the time here. Silverware included. Hope no one steals it because it was so helpful. Apartment size fridge which fit all our food. Table long but not too long and 2 chairs with light and outlets there. The living area had a door that we were able to close to the bedroom. Loveseat was a sleeper as well. Windows opened for fresh air. The bedroom has TV, nightstands there was a small area room with the sink and mirrored door closet. Then the bathroom, I loved the bottles for gel, shampoo and conditioner that were fastened to the wall. There were extra blankets and pillows. The staff was great and helpful when someone had not removed their laundry from the washing machine. Then when we were sick with a food illness, the staff was so understanding and sympathetic not to mention helpful with cleaning, etc. two thumbs from me!

Next time you are in the Woodlands, please consider giving us another chance here at the Homewood Suites in the future.
