Guild Mortgage Company

Buying your first home should be a positive experience, for me it was anything but. I am not one to write bad reviews, but I closed on my house 10 months ago and I am still dealing with issues regarding my VA loan because they sold it off to another mortgage company before it was complete. Jason assured my he would personally guide me through this experience (playing the whole from Vet to Vet game), however, it was impossible to get a reply from him the entire time. This company was constantly loosing my paperwork, I had to send in the same military documents with my social on them 5 seperate times because they kept loosing them and blaming me. Now, after living in my home for 10 months, my monthly mortgage is increased by $520 per month as of April 1st. After ignoring me for months Jason finally emailed me back yesterday stating, man thats horrible. He is still unwilling to make any calls or try and help fix the situation. So now, not only can I not afford my extensive medical bills, but I can no longer afford my mortgage. I call Jason's integrity into question and I will 100% never do buissness with him again. Beverly is cool though.
