2nd review I've ever left since the days of reviews but this one is earned. Called Issac to quote and schedule a move 2 weeks in advance, was told open schedule for that whole week planned. The process started smooth, he came quoted, but seemed to be looking for something else to up charge the whole time. We agreed at $7700 to move a double wide and porch 12 miles. Planned week of move comes, asked what day to expect start date. Got told towards the end of week with the only day of rain in the forecast. I openly offered $8700 to ensure we moved the planned week. He willing accepted, but called mid week to tell me he was too busy with contract moves., but his uncle G. ALVAREZ MOVERS could do it for same price. Met with them at house location and was told not the same price of $8700. Instead G. ALVAREZ went to $9800. I turned them down. 1st time moving a house but this is probably a common issue. I'd rather be trying to buy a car then deal with these type of folks. Good luck if you do. Never got to see the quality of their work, because we couldn't get past the obvious issues. Clean pick up and clean delivery location spent the 1st week preparing both. Review by 25yr contractor 12yr business owner.
