Ive been extremely happy with this credit union. We had one minor issue with the online check deposit system that was easily resolved. I was always treated politely and quickly. International wires were handled swiftly. Their banking app is simple and functions well. I do think they could work out some better names for their accounts. Cash with saver and saver with cash leave room for a ton of confusion, but otherwise theyve been great. My biggest complaint is is that there is no branch where Ive moved to so I have to find a new bank.

If you plan on getting any money from Zelle or plan on sending money by Zelle, be prepared to get locked out of your online banking and have your account closed. I get my pay through Zelle and do Zelle payments to pay my rent. They thought this was suspicious and locked me out. This is easily the worst business in the history of man. I gave one star only because I could not give 0 or negative stars.

I really love this bank. They always treat me like family. Customer service is always a A++++

The tellers at this branch keep giving my tenants the balance to my accounts when I have my tenants deposit money for rent. Stop giving out how much money I have in my accounts if you don't check people's ID and they aren't on the account! I can't tell you how many times I have complained about this. If you don't check the ID, don't print the balance. Common sense!
