Not a very honest company! Thanks for replying nearly a year later with more lies. I leave this review so others can know what type of customer service to expectBuyer beware! I purchased an almond tree from Alpine Gardens this year, and it grew peaches. When I went back to ask for a discount on an almond tree, they lied to me on three counts: They asked for a picture of my bucket, and then told me that wasn't their bucket. I sent them a picture of their buckets, which were all identical, and they then told me that they don't have fruit trees. I sent them a picture of fruit trees with their other trees, and they then told me that their peach trees never get placed by the almond trees. I sent them a picture of their own store, where the peaches were next to the almond trees, and they still refused to help me. The employee I was speaking with was rude and dismissive, and I was left feeling berated and humiliated. I will never go back to Alpine Gardens, and I highly recommend avoiding this establishment on account of their lack of honesty and customer service. Not to mention who wants to buy from a nursery that doesnt know what kind of tree Im being sold.

I interacted with 3 separate employees, the gentleman in the outdoor area was not helpful in any way, did not offer any guidance when asked nor did he offer to help load the tree I chose. Upon entering the store the two women who actually acknowledged me were short in their responses and very unfriendly.
