The lady I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful in setting up the estimation appointment. Unfortunately, the estimator Xavier was condescending and rude from the moment I opened my front door. I hope he treats his other customers better than he treated me.

We contracted All Pro Painters after a windstorm dropped a 50' tree on our house. This has been so disconcerting. All Pro Painters were such a relief.They went right to work. We were so happy we contracted for them to repair the stucco damage and even went so far as to contract them to paint our entire house. Our exceptionally gifted painter, Renee and their Supervisors ? & Paul...gave us confidence we were in good hands and we began to breathe a breath of fresh air. That is until last night when we recieved a certified letter that they were threatening to put a lien on our home. Because of unforseen weather conditions our paint job is taking them longer than expected. We were nothing but thankful for their knowledge and courtesy. Sadly the paint dried unevenly and the stucco wasn't applied completely. But we were certain it was 'a work in progress.' We are so shell shocked by this course of action that hit us out of the blue. I am crushed. A conversation would have been so easy and certainly could have preserved our customer loyalty. Here is hoping they actually correct the problems they were well aware of when my husband's employer changed his schedule unexpectedly last week. In a 24 hour town it is not uncommon to be required to work unexpectedly. But still they never said a word. Bad course of action.

I just had two houses painted by AllPro Painters and I couldnt be happier with the company, the painters and the quality of work. However, I was most pleased with their estimator, Xavier. I explained to him that Im new to this process and he basically held my hand from start to finish. After explaining exactly what I wanted, Xavier recommended the perfect color. I cannot be any happier with the results. Additionally, after completion, they allowed me to finish moving into one house and out of another before rescheduling touch up work that way they could touch up any minor damage or dings that I might create which made moving that much less stressful. I cannot say enough about Xavier and his crew. He answered all my phone calls, all my texts, and provided quality work that Im sure would be very difficult to duplicate. Thank you Xavier! I found AllPro painters through Angi. Paul Good, Operations manager, came to my home to give me a bid for my guest bedroom. He arrived promptly and quoted a fair price to prepare and paint the room and rehang two bedroom doors and a drapery rod. Upon acceptance I spoke with Lisa at the office and was given a time for the technician to arrive and complete the job. Damien and Mike arrived promptly at 8am the date set to begin the job. Mike explained the scope of work to Damien who in one day completed everything to my complete satisfaction and left the workspace completely clean and beautifully finished. I couldn't be happier with the work performed or the complete professionalism in which it was completed. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

AllPro Painters just completed my third job with in the last couple months and I could not be happier -- already scheduling the next one. They've completed interior areas of both my former and new home with great care and detail. The estimator and project manager, Paul Good, (who is so good I mistakenly have referred to him as Paul Best) has delivered accurate, competitive estimates for each job and ensured that his teams' finished work is always outstanding. Both Paul and Natalie (sp?) in the front office have been extremely good about communication throughout the multiple jobs, all of the painters have been on-time, and Paul has been there multiple times throughout the jobs to answer questions and clarify the process. Update: We just finished job #6 together and AllPro has done exceptional work for all of them. Paul Good has been on top of every project, and the execution of every job has been awesome.
