Enchanted Cottage Floral

Update: After I was able to contact the florist and explained what happened they sent a Stunning arrangement, twice as large. I received it exactly a week later and it is still alive! The customer service was great. They may have not done a great job on try 1 but they were willing to make up for it. I received a gorgeous gift on Thursday and by Sunday they were dead. They didnt even drink 1.5 of water total. Im so sad because they were so beautiful for the first 48hrs. We buy flowers every few weeks from different vendors and have never had any die that fast.

Beautiful flowers but Enchanted Floral didnt take the time or effort to write the message to go along with the flowers. There was a spelling error and the message was cut off

My mother recently passed and numerous friends ordered bouquets from this company and not only did they send me wilted flowers there was no apology when I contacted them. The girl who answered the phone said what would you like us to do? In which I replied I would like new flowers sent that are not dead so I can display them at my mothers funeral for which she replied fair. She told me it would be taken care of when the manger got back. New flowers were never sent for me display at my mothers funeral. It is extremely tacky and insensitive to send dead flowers to someone who is grieving the loss of their mother. Do better. And follow through with what you say youre going to do.

I call today to order an flower for my friend shop which is near this store but I call like 10 time no body pick up the phone to answer my call so I call a nearest store there to place an order if you dont pick up the phone you lose business

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my friend, who just lost her mother. I paid extra for them to be delivered the same day. Not only were they NOT delivered that day when they were delivered the NEXT day the arrangement looked like it had been sitting in someones van overnight and half of the roses were dead! This is so unprofessional and the florist should be embarrassed to send out an arrangement like this to anyone LET ALONE to someone who is grieving the loss of their mother!! There were OTHER family and friends that sent flowers through this company and had the SAME PROBLEM! And in this companies response to one of them they called her KAREN, denied any accountability and straight out just said it wasnt them. Even though a picture of the arrangement AND card were attached to their review that showed THEIR name on the card!! How can you deny it not being you . When you sent a dead arrangement with your companies name on it and your name on the card??? They said they would send out a new arrangement (for my order) so my friend could take the flowers to her mothers funeral. Still havent received any flowers! Wasnt able to take them to her mothers funeral today! Do not order from this place, unless you want dead flowers and to be insulted by the florist!
