I met Jeff about a decade ago and since then he has helped my family buy and sell several properties in northern Utah. He is unmatched in his integrity and professional capability. He is an expert communicator and an expert negotiator. He knows more than anyone I know about real estate transactions. He consistently treats his clients like family- he watches out for their interests, but he also quickly gains the trust of everyone else he works with, which facilitates the entire home selling/buying process. He has effectively and repeatedly handled complex deals for us, and he is reliably calm in stressful situations. I am sure there are other good realtors out there, but Jeff is truly exceptional.

Amazing!!! Jeff Good is so amazing at what he does. He just got our son and daughter in law into a home. He was searching and driving all over the place, hustling for these kids and made sure everything was in place for them. On top of being a master of the real estate craft, he is an even better person. They dont get much better than Jeff Good. Thank you so much for taking care of Jaxon and Abbe.

Jeff is seriously THE best real estate agent out there. My wife and I are first time home buyers and just closed on our first home thanks to Jeff and all his help. He was there every step of the way. We had a major roller coaster ride with our first lender and Jeff was always there to answer all our questions and guide us. He was super helpful in our negotiations and helping us and the sellers get the best deal and fairest deal we could. Not to mention he is just one of the coolest people you could ever meet and have the pleasure to spend time with. I guess that was just a long winded way of saying if you are looking for a real estate agent for a reason, go with Jeff Good!
