Drive thru consistently messes up orders, never apologizes and always has an attitude. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered using the online system. When I got to the drive thru I was told they only had one baked potato instead of the two I ordered. They offered fries as replacement but I knew nobody would eat them so I asked for a refund. Instead of doing the simple thing of giving me back my $4.00 and making me happy, Andrew, the manager, walked up to the window and just stood there, not saying anything. I guess he thought he looked intimidating.I asked again for a refund and was told no. Not their fault and I should take it up with the online company. There are plenty of fast food places around, don't know why they think they can treat customers so poorly. So Andrew, was that $4.00 worth this bad review, lost customers and my call about you to corporate? Hope you hear from them soon!

Only place we could find at after 8 pm that was open/didnt have a crazy long wait. They had great, fast service and food was good, thanks

After a 5 hour trek at The Wave. Best Fountain Drinks in my life! The size of the ice cubes is just perfect and smooth. Goes down my esophagus with no problems.

Worst service Ive ever experienced. We were passing through on our drive home and got there 15 minutes before closing. We asked if they were still open and a worker said yes. When we got to the register to look at the menu every single employee was staring at us as if to say hurry up. We ordered our food which was 3 items and it seemed like they had a hard time getting the order right with 2 employees standing there. We finally got our food.it was luke warm and not that good. My sour cream and chives potato had more chives than sour creamin fact I wonder if it had any sour cream at all. I dont understand why they were so bothered by us ordering before closing if they were just going to give us old stuff anyway. If you dont care about good customer service and good food then this is your place.
