        Cara was AMAZING!! My Wife and I have been looking for a good RDN for a long time. Cara really takes the time to listen to your needs and fears around eating. They had a machine at her office that tells you how much Fat, Muscle and bones etc that your body has. She has tons of experience with everything nutrition including the emotions that surround it. Would totally recommend her to everyone i know.

Her clinical interests are weight management, maternal and child nutrition, functional nutrition, and chronic disease prevention. Cara is passionate about helping individuals and families meet their health goals. In addition to her expertise as a Dietitian, Cara is also an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and enjoys that aspect of healthcare as well.
