We were buying a home in Utah for the first time and my mortgage broker of 20+ years couldn't help us. I narrowed it down to 3 brokers through reviews and referrals. All were solid, but Bryce was SO much better in every aspect. Personalized service, responsive, patient and consultative are only a few of the many positive attributes. We worked collaboratively through various fees & rates and he clearly had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend Bryce and the Citywide team and will definitely use them again.
