RPM was the first place I ever rented from, while I never had a problem with them fixing things that were broken the apartment was a complete disaster when I moved in. It took days to clean all the grime from the windows, bathroom, kitchen(with still old dirty utensils in the sink)and so forth. The previous tenant smoked inside the unit and the yellow walls from the smoke were just painted over with white paint(except the closet in the master). With talking with other tenants in the complex this is a typical issue as they stated their unit was disgustingly dirty when they moved in as well. Due to this with moving out and not wanting the next tenants to have to do what I did the entire apartment was scrubbed top to bottom, fridge was scrubbed clean and carpets were cleaned. Only to receive part of my deposit back minus a $343 cleaning fee. I do not believe this is justified and is concerning as the units are not cleaned before a new tenant moves in so what is that money actually being used for? In all I would advise against ever renting from RPM given my recent experience as well as recent reviews I have read. Im sure all have their pros and cons but this is my advice. BEWARE!!!
