Goodwill Store

They closed their fitting rooms and their return policy is store credit only. If you're gonna stop letting people try on clothes at least let us get our money back. I won't be buying clothes from here anymore sadly. I came here over other thrift stores BECAUSE I could try things on so I'm pretty disappointed.

It was a nice store. When I was checking out, I told the cashier that 2 of the items were missing parts. She said she was unable to change the prices.

My daughter and I went in on Sunday and were treated so so poorly.since theres no fitting rooms available my daughter was trying on a jacket in one of the mirrors there and the rudest guy appeared and said in a very loud voice u cant use that mirror I said shes trying to see how this jacket fits since theres no fitting room he was rude and kept harsssing us. We walked away and he followed us making snide remarks so I told him to leave us alone or I would tell the manager. He told us he was the assistant manager and said we were kicked out of the store. I was appalled. So my daughter stood in line to purchase our big cart of items and he proceeded to tell her she could not purchase the items. While doing this I watched from the front doors and he raised his voice and literally started yelling at her (she is 13 and was crying) he yelled in front of all the customers. I could not believe this so called assistants behavior. Im 53 years Ive never been treated so horribly was a store employee. Two other customers walked out after seeing the way he acted. He was bald skinny and covered in tattoos. Terrible representation of a store expecially one thats supposed to be Christian. We wont be back and if u dont do drug testing for your employees I would suggest it. Thanks for your time

They closed all their changing rooms permanently because of safety reasons. They just want more money because they only offer refunds in the form of store credit.

I love this place! Wonderful people who work there and great selection. Its one of the funnest places to treasure hunt and I love just looking around. Every employee Ive met has always been so kind and so helpful. Theyve got a great team there! Both inside the store and at the donation center. Appreciate all that you guys do for the community! I give this place 10 stars
