Happy Trails Adventure Tours

Im in my 50s - my husband in his 70s and we absolutely had a ball with this guide and his company - even as Covid first started changing our world! He was prompt in picking us up and provided snacks and drinks. The conversation was easy and the drive was full of beauty and adventure! This one is a winner - and we are world travelers!

Nate was the absolute best tour guide!! We went to so many beautiful and awe inspiring spots that we never would have found otherwise, and he was super friendly and fun to spend the day with. I highly recommend booking a tour if you want to ACTUALLY see Zion instead of standing in lines to see the same 3 views as everyone else. Who knew that one park could be hiding so much beauty?! Nate Steinbeck of Happy Trails charges and ungodly amount for yours and looks for some con excuse not to pay his employees. Also will happily rip off tourists if it suits his agenda for greed.

I was recruited as a tour guide, with certain expectations on pay. Went out of my way to provide clients with a great experience. Recently the company has not paid for services I provided. I have not been given an explanation of the situation, and been completely ignored. It may be Covid, who knows. But treatment of personnel is lacking especially given the amount charged to customers. Don't trust these people in Zion!! We checked the website and called the # for the Zion sunset tour. We were quoted $399.00 per person. That was a little over what we wanted to spend. The guy said he would knock off $100.00 per person, if we didn't add the custom dinners. They offer a sunset jeep tour, unlimited snacks, etc. We were all ready to sign up, and he said "Oh our credit card and debit card process got hacked, so we are only taking cash. This sounded a little fishy. My husband and I each own our own businesses and it is literally a matter of minutes to resolve that kind of issue. I tried to go on the website to complain, because if this was one of our employees- using our equipment, and our liability insurance, work comp etc. & an employee was pocketing the cash, I would hope someone would let us know. Totally S K E T C H !!!
